Adding Contacts to Your Farbyte Account Print

You can add additional user contacts to your Farbyte billing and support account by logging in at https://farbyte.uk and performing the following:

Click Hello [YOUR NAME] -> Contacts / Sub-Accounts and complete the form.

Ensure you tick the option Tick to configure as a sub-account with client area access if you require the new account to be able to login to the Farbyte Billing and Support area to manage your service and support tickets.

You can configure permissions to define what actions the new account can perform (e.g. View & Open Support Tickets, Modify Master Account Profile, etc.)
