UK domain transfer is slightly different to other domain name transfers, as it uses a 'tagging' system as opposed to 'secret key'.
In order to transfer your UK (i.e. co.uk) domain/s over to Farbyte, you will need to get your existing domain registrar to 'retag' the domain with Farbyte's registrar.

The process can differ slightly between registrars, but normally involves either using an option in their control panel, or asking their support department to perform the re-tag.
