Please ensure your current VPS is using less disk storage than the package you wish to change to prior to attempting the process below.
You can change your current OpenVZ VPS package by performing the following:
- Logging into https://www.farbyte.uk
- Click the VPS you want to upgrade under Your Active Products/Services
- Under the Actions menu (normally on the left on a large screen), click the Upgrade/Downgrade button, or click the green Upgrade button in the main area
- Select the package and the billing period you want to change to, then click Continue and make any due payment.
Package changes are implemented the instant that any due payment clears.
